Philosophy Week

Nirguna Yoga is doing its first teacher training. You are invited to join the trainees to learn about yoga philosophy, history, meditation, and Sanskrit.

You can come to any or all sessions. Pricing is based on normal class rates, packages and memberships are included. Class times vary. See the schedule below.

  • Friday, August 9, 2:30-4: 30 pm: Yoga Sutras 5: Eight Limbs-The Niyamas (What to Take Up), Sanskrit (Loose Ends, Maybe?)
