For anyone who has struggled with food or feeling at odds with their body.
Using the framework of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, this lecture introduces a unique integration of yoga therapy and intuitive eating.
Together, we’ll explore practical tools that support a shift from control to care—rebuilding trust in the body and learning to listen more closely to internal cues for nourishment and movement.
The Approach
“This is not about fixing your eating. It’s about changing your relationship to your body.”
Open to all. No prior experience needed.
