Yoga is a great way for kids to build physical strength, body awareness, and emotional literacy. Each class will be designed to teach yoga in a fun, engaging way that empowers kids to playfully build self-awareness. We will move through yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, and moments of sweet rest and relaxation.
Ages 4 – 10
Saturdays from 11am to 12pm
We have a hot vinyasa class at the same time in the next room, so feel free to practice class one the other room at the same time!
