Featured Training Module
Introduction to Āyurvedic Yoga
With David Yoss
Bridge the gap between Yoga and India’s traditional healing science.
This course explores the interconnections between Yoga and Āyurveda. We will cover main Āyurvedic principles that assist with personal healing and balance, and explore how to use them both as supportive lifestyle practices and as tools for deepening your yoga practice.
Highly practical in nature, this weekend emphasizes techniques that can be immediately put to use by practitioners and teachers alike, while honoring the historical foundations of both disciplines.
